SHAREit Tip – Requesting Help

If you encounter a problem using SHAREit or have a question about an ILL request, get help from the HSLC support team.

To help us help you, please provide as much information as possible, including:

  • what you were trying to do and what happened
  • whether you are the borrower or lender
  • details including title(s), ISBN(s), request number(s) 
  • attach a screen shot or snip if that can help explain the problem
  • the name of your library 

If your question concerns a status or status change, don’t forget to check the Borrower’s ILL Status Definitions and Lender’s ILL Status Definitions – they list the various statuses and possible actions and outcomes.  Those and all of the Access PA SHAREit documents are posted on POWER Library for Librarians.
