HSLC launched a new Access PA statewide catalog and ILL system in 2015. Each participating Access PA library is asked to obtain training on the new system and to send us their holdings for inclusion in the new Access PA catalog.

Complete and email a profile document to HSLC to provide contact information and directions for processing your MARC records. The profile form is available as a PDF or a Word document on the SHAREit documentation page. - UPLOAD HOLDINGS
Upload a full MARC record export of your holdings directly to Auto-Graphics. After extracting your records, transfer your file to the Auto-Graphics server following the instructions here: Transferring Records to Auto-Graphics.
